Early Pregnancy Classes

I encourage everyone to keep an open mind when it comes to their labour and birth options.

The Early Pregnancy class is for any woman (& partner) between 4 and 20 weeks gestation. This class is also for any woman thinking about starting a family, any couple that thinks they might want to start a family, and anyone who already has children and wants more education and information. Early Pregnancy is offered as a two-week (weeknight) series or a one-day (weekend) series for a total of 5 hours. It is also available as a private class, tailored to suit your needs.
