What to Expect in Labour & Early Postpartum Classes

I encourage everyone to keep an open mind when it comes to their labour and birth options.

The What to Expect in Labour & Early Postpartum class you will get the answers to the following questions: What are the signs of early labour? Have you ever wondered what labour will be like? How will you handle it? What role will your partner, friend or family play in the birth of your child? What do you do with baby after he or she is outside your womb? This class is offered as a three-week (weeknight) series or a one-day (weekend) series for a total of 6 hours. It is also available as a private class, tailored to suit your needs.
