I encourage everyone to keep an open mind when it comes to their labour and birth options.

The Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC) class teaches about the benefits of VBAC to mothers and babies, VBAC safety, risks, challenges, statistics, and more. VBAC class is offered as a two-week (weeknight) series or a one-day (weekend) series for a total of 4 hours. It is also available as a private class, tailored to suit your needs.
